Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without their original tags or packaging.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.
  2. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is a result of our mistake, we will also refund the standard shipping cost.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please process a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
