Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once it has been processed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

AislingDraoi currently offers one shipping method: Standard Shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Please allow the following timeframes for delivery after processing:

  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 10-15 business days
  • Australia & Rest of World: 15-20 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. We do not currently offer free shipping promotions. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout. AislingDraoi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed and processed.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside of our origin country, please be aware that you, as the recipient, are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. For specific information, please contact your local customs office.
