1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the AislingDraoi website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and AislingDraoi ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or make purchases from our Site.

2. Products & Orders

We sell Two-Piece Sets, Tops, and Shorts as described on the Site. All product information, including descriptions, images, and prices, is provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we send you an order confirmation email.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AislingDraoi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, its content, or products purchased, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to AislingDraoi for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

The Site and its products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the AislingDraoi Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of AislingDraoi or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "AislingDraoi" name and logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AislingDraoi. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Site content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• A proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items may be subject to different return conditions as noted at the time of purchase.
